WHAT'S INCLUDED?

1. Delivery within 25 miles of Atlanta
2. Installation
3. Oxford: 5' door as shown/4 full length windows (2 in front, 1 each side)
4. Virginia: 2 doors/3 windows
5. Pre-wired with sub-panel ready for a licensed electrician to run power to.
6. Finished interior: drywall/trim/flooring
7. R-13 insulation walls/ceiling

ARE THEY CONDITIONED?

No, but we offer solutions from $800-2900.

WHAT ARE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION TIMES?

Delivery is within 5 weeks of ordering.
Installation is generally completed in 6 working days.

HOW ARE THESE PLACED/LEVELED

These are placed the same as industry standards for Sheds. We use concrete pavers/block to level the 4x4 foundation runners. The floor joists are set across those.

ARE PERMITS REQUIRED?

Generally no, due to the small square footage. If needed we can provide that service.
